【摘要】 本文是对辣根过氧化物酶标记羊抗兔IgG间接法检测浸染烟草的马铃薯Y病毒（PVY）的报导。试验证明该方法检测烟草植株内的PVY具有特异性，健株对照及非PVY病毒均为阴性，检测烟草植株汁液的稀释度可达1／1000，在我们的测试条件下，第一抗血清浓度1／2000，测试抗血清（酶标记羊抗兔）浓度1／140为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper deals with the study of detecting potato virus Y (PVY) intobacco plant using indirect ELISA, HRP-Antirabit goat globulin has been peed in theexperiment .The result showed that the difference between PVY average OD492 Value and CKaverage OD492 Value is very obvious, the ratio of PVY average OD492 Value to CK average OD492 Value was more than 2. Dilution of PVY in tobacco Plant, which could bedetected, was 1/1000. The method is effective and specific for detpeting PVY iu tobaccoplant.更多还原
