【摘要】 本实验以保护膜和药物膜制备复方替硝唑单向缓释药膜（以下简称药膜），并通过双室恒温卡口渗透池研究药膜及药膜透过粘膜的药物释放情况，结果表明：药膜有良好的单向释放及单向透过粘膜释放药物的特性。药物透过粘膜的量随时间的延长而增加，5min及60min透过粘膜释放药物的累积百分率分别为（15．29±5．77）％，（6．25±2．96）％。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment, an one-way sustained-release compound tinidazole film(TF) was prepared with protective film andpharmaceutical film.The thermostate two-pool permeation device was employed to study the film and its release of drug throughmucous membrane.The results showed that TF had the characteristics of in vitro one-way release and one-way release of drugthrough mucous membrane.The quantity of per mucous membrane permeation of drugs increased with the lapse of time,withcumulative percentages of 15.29 ± 5.77 % and 67.25± 2.96 % of film release at 5min and 60min after test,respectively.更多还原
