【摘要】 将肠必清处方药物提取物中总番泻甙氧化、水解成总蒽醌甙元，以1，8一二羟基蒽醌为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法测定总蒽醌的含量，结果表明,’处方中辅佐药对其测定方法无干扰；30％乙醇回流提取浓缩液的喷雾干燥浸膏粉总蒽醌加样回收率为98.70±0.93％（n=5）。该方法较为简单，可参照作为该制剂的内控质量方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Total sennosides in Chang Bi Qing prescription extracts were oxidizde and hydrolyzde into the correspondingaglycones,which were determined by UV spectrophotometry with 1, 8-dihydrozyanthraquinone as standard. The results showde thatthe additives of the prescription did not interfere with the measurying procedure.30% alcoholreflux extraction fluids werespray-dride into powder and the recovery rate of total anthraquinone adding sample was 98.7±0.93%(n=5).This method is simpleand can be used as an internal quality control for the preparation.更多还原
