【摘要】 本文对湖南省14所地市级医院1997年药品使用情况，运用药物经济学费用一效益分析方法进行动态分析，并与国内同级医院比较。认为1997年14家医院药品费用增长幅度已明显降低，而且低于全国水平及其它医疗业务费用增长速度；卫生事业经费持续增长的首要原因是其它医疗收入（如检查、治疗）增长过快，其次才是药品费用的增长;药品费用（收入）所占医院业务收入比例的多少并不能确切反映医疗水平高低，亦不能确切地反映医院效益的优劣。要保证药品费用一效益，既不能放纵药品使用，也不能鼓励提高其它医疗业务收入（如各种检查），压抑药品使用。以期探讨一套较为科学的药品费用一效益评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The drugs used in 14 municipal hospitals of Hunan Province in year 1997 were analysed with pharmacoeconomiccost-benefit method and compared with those in brother hospitals of China.lt was found that increasing rate of drug costs in these14 hospitals in 1997 was reduced and was lower than that of other medical expenses;the first cause of sustained increase of medicalcosts was high rate of rise of other payments for medical care(such as examination treatment),and the next one was costs ofdrugs.The occupation ratio of drug income in a hospital could not reflect the medical level of that hospital and economic benefit aswell.In order to guarantee the cost-benefit,we can neither permit extravagant use of drugs,nor can we raise other medical expenses,so it is necessary to find a scientific evaluating index for drug cost-benefit analysis.更多还原
