芩黄颗粒剂离心造粒设备调控参数的优化
Optimization for Controlling Parameters of Centrifugal Granulator of Ling Huang Granules
【摘要】 应用方差分析结果建立了三元相关调控图，在图中确定了安全调控范围，使芩黄颗粒剂离心包衣造粒规模生产收率稳定在90％左右。
【Abstract】 A ternary relation diagram was established by using the results of variance analysis and the safe range of regulationand control was defined in the diagram.Then the average rate of recevery of Ling Huang granules could reach 91% and keep stableat 90% in large-scale production of centrifugal granulation.
