【摘要】 本文运用药物经济学成本效果分析方法，对3种肺癌化学治疗方案即：CAP、CE、EP方案进行回顾性分析评价。研究发现CAP组有效率为43．8％，中住生存期13/12年，1个疗程人均费用98493元，有效率每增加1个百分点成本为22．49元，中位生存期每提高1年成本为787．94元；CE组有效率为31．6％，中位生存期11/12年，有效率每增加1个百分点成本为78．11元，中位生存期每增加1年费用为2278.31元；EP组有效率为55％，中位生存期为21/12年，有效率每增加1个百分点成本为11.03元，中位生存期每增加1年成本为29120元。提示：EP方案是3种方案中最合理的化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using a pharmacoeconomical method,three anticancer chemotherapeutic programs for pulmonary carcinoma,including CAP,CE and EP programs,were compared.The costs and effectivenes of 3 programs were identified,measured and compared.The results showed that the EP program is most rational one.更多还原
