【Abstract】 Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction is composed of rhubarb,red sage root,astragalus root and cassia twig,and has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Taken renal failure rats,induced by feeding "Adine" food,as model,the relationship between the dosage and drug effect of this decoction was investigated,The results showed that a distinct improvement of rat’s renal function was obtained in an appropriated dosage of this decoction,and no obvious effect could be found in lower or higher dosages.更多还原
