【摘要】 目的探讨音乐松弛疗法对高血压病心率变异性的影响作用。方法选１０８例高血压病者，分Ａ、Ｂ两组。Ａ组为药物治疗组，Ｂ组为药物＋音乐松弛疗法组。三周为一疗程，观察两组治疗前后心率变异性和临床症状的变化。结果两组治疗结果均能提高心率变异性，改善症状。但Ｂ组的疗效比Ａ组显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论音乐松弛疗法能提高高血压病者心率变异性和改善症状更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of music relaxation therapy on heart rate variability(HRV) in hypertension.Method 108 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:Group A and Group B.Group A were treated with drugs only,Group B were treated with drugs and music relaxation therapy.We observed and analyzed the HRV and the changes of clinical symptom before and after treatment between the two groups.Result Both groups could increase HRV and improve clinical symptom.But Group B had significant increase(P<0.05) Conclusion Music relaxation therapy can increase HRV and improve chinical symptom.更多还原
