【摘要】 目的探讨个性、应付方式和生活事件与室性心律失常的关系。方法采用艾森克成人个性问卷、应付方式问卷和生活事件评定量表，对５０例功能性室性心律失常患者（病例组）和配对的５０例健康正常人（对照组）进行评定。结果室性心律失常患者具有内向和不稳定的个性倾向；消极心理应付方式评分均值高于对照组；生活事件总频数和负性生活事件频数、慢性精神紧张总值和慢性负性精神紧张值都高于对照组。结论个性、应付方式和生活事件与室性心律失常的发生相关，提示在室性心律失常预防和治疗中，应积极开展心理社会干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship among personality,coping styles, life events and the ventricular arrhythmia.Method To evaluate personality,coping styles and life events in 50 ventricular arrhythmia patients and 50 healthy subjects with Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),coping styles scale and life events scale(LES).Results The personality of patients tend to introversion and neuroticism.The score of negative coping styles was higher than that in healthy subjects;There were significant difference in the scores of life events between two groups.Conclusion There was relationship among personality,coping styles, life events and the ventricular arrhythmia.It suggested that the psychosocial interference should be carried in the prevention and therapy of ventricular arrhythmia.更多还原
