【摘要】 目的　观察孤残儿童适应行为发展水平 ,为临床康复训练提供参考依据。方法　采用儿童适应行为评定量表对6 6名孤残儿童进行连续两年的适应行为评定 ,对所测适应离差商 (ADQ)不同分级进行 χ2检验。对各领域因子总分组间进行比较 ,进行 t检验。对各类儿童 ADQ及因子 T分进行均值比较。结果　全组适应离差商有所下降 (P <0 .0 1)。各领域中认知因子存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,独立因子 ,社会自制因子无显著性差异。在各类儿童中残疾儿童适应行为存在不同程度的缺损。结论　应重视孤残儿童的残疾特征 ,采取必要的康复训练措施 ,提高孤残儿童的适应能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the adaptive behavior level of orphan and handicapped children so as to offer testimony forclinical recovered exercise.Methods 66 orphan and handicapped child ren were evaluatedby using Chinese Child Adaptive Scale. Tests were made with a n interval of two years. χ 2 test and t test wereused for analysis of AD Q a nd total scores between groups. Results ADQ decreased afte rtwo years (P<0.01) t scores norms reduced and it was significant diff erent from the result of first test.There were no difference to the others norm s between tests of two years. Conclusion It isnecessary to pay more attention to the orphan and handicapped children and ask them to do ex ercise of rehabilitation topromote their adaptability.更多还原
