【Abstract】 In　this　paper　we　reported　the　eletronic　microscopy　examination　of　Duck　Plague　Virus(DPV)and　its　nucleic　acid.The　DNA　of　purified　DPV　was　liberated　from　the　particle　by　85mol/L　urea　and　was　examined　using　tge　EM　technique.DPV　particle　showed　thd　morphological　characters　of　the　Herpesviridae,and　the　molecular　weight　of　DPV　DNA　Was　measured　to　about　91×106 Dalton.更多还原
