【摘要】 目的：建立国人下肢深静脉阻塞阻抗容积描记法的诊断标准，并评价阻抗容积描记法诊断下肢深静脉阻塞的临床意义。方法：对３３条健康下肢进行阻抗容积波图检查及对用放射性核素深静脉造影证实有下肢深静脉阻塞的６２条下肢进行阻抗容积描记法检查。结果：国人阻抗容积描记法诊断下肢深静脉阻塞的标准：阻抗轨迹上升高度（ｙｈ）＜９．３６ｍｍ，阻抗轨迹下降深度（ｋｊ）＜７．１０ｍｍ，ｋｊ／ｙｈ＜０．７１，阻抗变化比率＜０．２１％。阻抗容积描记法诊断下肢深静脉阻塞的敏感性为９０％，特异性为８６％。结论：阻抗容积描记法作为无创性检查方法，具有安全、简便，诊断较敏感、特异及重复性好等特点，是诊断下肢深静脉阻塞等有价值的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective:To establish the Chinese diagnosis criteria of impedance plethysmography (IPG)for deep vein thrombosis (DVT),and evaluate the clinical significance of IPG for the detection of DVT. Methods:Thirty three legs without DVT were performed by IPG.62 legs with DVT confirmed by radionuclide imaging underwent IPG. Results:The Chinese diagnosis criteria of IPG for DVT:lmpedance excursion rising height(yh)<936mm,impedance excursion falling deepness(kj)<71mm,kj/yh<071,the rate of change impedance<021%.IPG had a sensitivity of 90% and a specificity of 86% for diagnosing DVT. Conclusion:As a noninvasive method for detecting DVT in the leg,IPG is a simple,lowcost technique with higher sensitivity,specificity and well reproductive test.So it is very valuable.更多还原
