消毒柜内不同因子对微生物杀灭效果的比较
COMPARISON OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF DIFFERENT AGENTS IN DISINFECTION CHAMBERS
【摘要】 在52L消毒柜内,单以60mg/m3臭氧作用60min,只能杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞8676%,不能破坏HBsAg抗原性。单以远红外线加热120~170℃作用60min,或者60mg/m3臭氧与紫外线或加热75~85℃联合作用60min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率均可达999%以上,并能将HBsAg抗原性破坏。
【Abstract】 In a 52 L disinfection chamber, 60 mg/m~3ozone alone with a 60 min contact time could only kill 8676% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger,but could not destroy antigenicity of HBsAg Heating by far infrared rays to 120~170℃ for 60 min or combination of 60 mg/m3ozone and ultraviolet rays or heating to 75~80℃ with a 60 min contact time could kill over 999% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger and destroy antigenicity of HBsAg
