用短波段紫外线消毒时血浆保护剂的研究

【摘要】 短波段紫外线(254nm,10J/cm2)照射10min,可使血浆中辛德比斯病毒与水泡性口炎病毒滴度下降6lgTCID50,但可将凝血因子Ⅷ与纤维蛋白原分别破坏57%与80%以上。向血浆中加1%丹参作保护剂,可使两者破坏率<13%,且不影响对病毒的灭活。加05mmol/L芦丁的保护作用不如丹参。2%维生素C影响紫外线对病毒的灭活。

【Abstract】 The plasma protector was studied experimentally during disinfection of plasma with short wavelength (254 um) ultraviolet rays The results indicated that 254 nm ultraviolet irradiation 1 0 J/cm 2 for 10 min resulted in decrease in plasma titer of Sindbis virus and vesicular stomatitis virus by 6 lg TCID50, but could destroy 57% of coagulating factors and over 80% of fibrinogen Addition of 1% solution of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae as the protector to plasma resulted in destruction rate of factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen <13% without influence on efficacy of ultraviolet irradiation in inactivating virus The protective efficacy of 0 05 mmol/L rutin solution was not as good as 1% solution of R salviae mitiorrhizae Addition of 2% vitamin C solution could influence the efficacy of ultraviolet irradiation in inactivating virus
