【摘要】 本文就少儿游泳运动员进行不同距离自由泳训练中血乳酸变化进行研究，旨在为少儿游泳的科学化训练提供科学的依据。

【Abstract】 The author of the paper makes a study on the blood lactate changes of children swimmers of free style at different distances for the purpose of providing the scientific reference for their training.
