韭菜味调味油的研制
【摘要】 本文介绍了以鲜韭菜为原利用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取韭菜精油,以植物油为基料配制具有韭菜风味调味油的方法。
【Abstract】 This article presents a method to produce a flavouring oil from Allium tuberosum Rottl. ex Spr., The essential oil in the plant was extractal with steam distillation, and then was Tubal with edible vegetable oil to form the product.
