钾素供应水平与甘蔗吸收效应研究

【摘要】 通过钾素供应水平与甘蔗苗期基部混合组织、+3叶片、+5叶鞘含钾量以及蔗茎产量之间的关系研究表明:甘蔗幼嫩组织含钾量因土壤供钾水平不同而存在明显差异,株龄3~4月时,+3叶片全钾及+5叶鞘汁液水溶性钾含量与土壤速效钾供应水平有显著的相关性。在正常供水条件下(叶片水分含量>65%,叶鞘水分含量>80%),当苗期基部混合组织汁液水溶性K<1700×10-6,伸长期+3叶片全钾(干基)<1.35%、+5叶鞘汁液水溶性K<650×10-6时,提高钾素供应水平,蔗株组织含钾量和蔗茎产量都随之提高。这些组织含钾量能反映出钾素营养供应的丰缺状况。

【Abstract】 Relationship between potassium application and potassium contents of basal mixed tissue of sugarcane seedling stage,+3 leaves,+5 leaf sheaths and yield of sugarcane were studied in this paper. The results are as follows:significant difference in the cane tissue of young stage due to the supply levels of K in the soil.Total K of +3 leaves,+5 leaf sheaths;total K contents of +3 leaves,water-soluble K also shows significant difference since the application of quick effective K in the plant age of 3~4 months.Under the normal water condition(water content of leaf sampling>65%,leaf sheath>80%),water-soluble K contents<1700×10-6 in the basal mixed tissue of seedling stage,total K of +3 leaves<1.35% in the jointing stage,water-soluble K<650×10-6 in the juice of +5 leaf sheaths,when increased the application of K,the potassium contents of cane plant and yield of cane stalks are followed increasing.More or less of the K nutrition is reflected by the contents of plant tissue.
