聚合物共混体系混合理论的研究进展及其在双螺杆挤出过程中的应用
Progress in the Theoretical Aspects of Polymer Blendingand Its Application in Twinscrew Extrusions
【摘要】 本文介绍了双组分流体在混合过程中其分散相液滴变形、破坏与重聚集理论的发展状况,并讨论该理论在双螺杆挤出不相容双组分聚合物共混体系时形态结构预测中的应用。
【Abstract】 ? Progress in the theoretical aspects of the comixing within binary fluid system is reviewed. With the help of such disclosed theories, a better insight into the morphological changes of the melt in the conveying zone of twinscrew extruder can be predicted, this provides a valuable guide for commercial operation and the industrial design for the screws.
