纳米级无机填料在炭黑填充硬质聚氯乙烯中的作用
The Effects of Nanometric Inorganic Fillerin Carbon Black Filled Rigid PVC
【摘要】 本文研究了在炭黑(CB)填充硬质聚氯乙烯(RPVC)复合抗静电材料中添加微量nm级无机填料(NMIF)后对这种复合材料的力学性能、导电性能和加工流动性的影响。实验结果表明:在保证材料抗静电性能的前提下,添加05%的NMIF即可使材料的冲击强度提高56%,拉伸强度增加3MPa,同时其熔体流动性也有所改善。SEM观察可见NMIF有助于CB在RPVC基体中的分散。
【Abstract】 お? It is found that the additive of 0.5% namometric inorganic filler in the production of rigid PVC filled with carbon black brings about beneficial properties to the final products. The impact strength of the carbon black filled PVC increase 56% and an additive 3MPa was obtained for its tensile strength, without any adverse effects in the conductive property of the rigid PVC.Apparently, the additive of a small amount of nanometric in organic filler promote carbon black distribution in the PVC.
