【摘要】 目的：应用肠外营养治疗胎儿宫内生长迟缓（ＩＵＧＲ），并观察其疗效。方法：采用临床对照试验。将试验对象分为两组：试验组３０例（肠外营养组），对照组３０例（复方丹参组）。测定用药前、后孕妇的宫高、腹围、体重及胎儿的双顶径、头围、腹围、股骨长及新生儿出生体重。结果：肠外营养组孕妇的测定指标及胎儿、新生儿的各项生长指标均高于对照组，Ｐ＜００５。结论：增加孕妇全面均衡营养供给，能够有效地治疗ＩＵＧＲ。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of parenteral nutrition on the therapy of IUGR.Methods:60 primigravidas with a diagnosis of IUGR were treated at Beijing Fuxing Hospital.Their gestational age was from 26 to 37 weeks.The patients were assigned to receive either parenteral nutrition therapy of Danshen therapy.Uterine height,maternal abdominal circumference(AC)and body weight(BW),fetal femur length(FL)and neonatal birth weight were measured before and after therapy.Results:Above parameters of the parenteral nutrition group were higher than thar of Danshen group.P<0.05.Conclusion:The enough and equivalent outrition is effective in treating IUGR.更多还原
