【Abstract】 Meiqie’ No.1 is a newly released F 1 hybrid that was developed from the cross of 21-3,an inbred line selected from a Taiwan long purple cultivar,with 21-4,an inbred line from a local red cultivar in Fujian. It has desirable traits including early maturity,fine fruit characters and high yield. The average yield is about 30.0 45.0t·hm -2 .
