【Abstract】 Lack of coordination between effluent charge system and user charge system, and the imperfect user charge system have led to the limitation of the development of wastewater treatment plants. In this paper, the problems of wastewater charge system have been studied systematically. Meanwhile, some reforming proposals have been put forward from the view of coordination of effluent charge and user charge to improve user charge system and enterprise management of wastewater treatment plants.更多还原
