【摘要】 液化气罐是一种压力容器。它的用材、制造工艺、性能要求等均有中华人民共和国的国家标准。对于容积不同、用途不同的钢瓶，从尺寸到焊缝等都有不同的要求，因此在选材、制造、焊接等工艺都必须有严格的质量要求。此类压力容器，一旦发生事故，都会给人民的生命财产造成很大损失。本次煤气罐的爆炸开裂就是一例，造成死亡１人，伤６人，损坏房屋２间以及其它财产。通过分析，它的爆裂是由于焊接的焊缝部分没有焊透，有焊接质量问题，加之满罐气又在炉边加热烘烤，使得该煤气罐发生了爆炸开裂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liquefied gasjar is a kind of pressure vessel.On the aspect of material selection,making technology,performance requirement,it must conform to the national standard of the People’s Republic of China.To steel jars with different volume and different uses,there were different requirements from size to weld,so technology of material selection,making and welding must meet strict quality requirement.Once this kind of pressure vessel occured accident,great loss of people’s lives and properties would be caused.This liquefied gasjar explosion was an example,it caused one man dead and six men wounded,two houses and other properties were destroyed.According to the analysis,because of the welding quality problem and heating by the fire,the explosion occured.更多还原
