疲劳寿命计算中钉孔填充作用系数的取值研究
A Study on the Filling Factor in a Rivet Hole in the Calculation of Fatigue Life
【摘要】 使用液压伺服疲劳试验机,在程序块载荷谱作用下对铆接铝合金薄壁纯弯梁进行了疲劳寿命试验,并给出了疲劳寿命试验结果。采用应力严重系数法对该纯弯梁进行了疲劳寿命计算。通过对试验结果和计算结果的对比分析及研究,给出了采用应力严重系数法计算铆接薄壁结构疲劳寿命时的钉孔填充作用系数的合理选用值。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a fatigue life test on the riveted thin-walled pure bending beam by using a hydraulic servo fatigue test machine and by applying program block load to the beam The fatigue life of the pure bending beam is calculated by means of the stress-serious-factor method After a comparative study of the results of calculation and of those of the test,the paper presents here a new filling factor on the rivet hole,which may well be used in calculating the fatigue life of the riveted thin-walled structure by using the stress-serious-factor method
