【摘要】 目的：通过对原发性视网膜色素变性患者各视力段和眼底荧光血管造影表现的观察了解其病理改变过程。方法：对３７例（７４只眼）原发性视网膜色素变性患者眼部资料和眼底荧光血管造影检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果：全部病例的眼底荧光血管造影资料均显示视网膜色素上皮萎缩所致的脉络膜透见荧光斑及视网膜血管的一致性狭窄。有５例表现脉络膜充盈迟缓，２５例表现为脉络膜毛细血管无灌注，２６例有不同程度的黄斑损害，血管闭塞８例，静脉分支吻合３例，并在３例中见到微血管瘤。结论：随着视网膜色素变性视功能的损害，其视网膜和脉络膜组织可发生不同程度的组织病理改变，并表现为不同类型的眼底荧光血管造影特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To understand the pathological process of retinitis pigmentosa (RP) by observation of the visual acuity of the patients with RP and the feature of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) METHODS: The ophthalmogical data of the patients with RE and the feature of FFA were analyzed retrospectively RESULTS: The data of FFA showed the transmitted fluorescence of choroid caused by atrophy of retinal pigment and the consistency stricture of retinal vessel in all patients There were 5 cases of delayed filling, 25 cases of choroidal papillary nonperfusion, 26 cases of various maculaopathy, 8 cases of vessel obstruction, 3 cases of anastomotic branch and 3 cases microangioma in the patients CONCLUSION: When visual functions were damaged in the patients with RP various pathologic changes in the tissue of choroid and retina can occur and appear various characteristic on fundus fluorescien angiography更多还原
