微小型电极蠕动进给在电火花加工中的应用
Miniaturized Electrode Creep-Feeding Device and its Application in EDM
【摘要】 根据电火花微小孔加工的特点,利用WTDS型电致伸缩微位移器件驱动,根据仿生学的蠕动原理,研制一个尺寸为80mm×60mm×40mm的整体式电极直接驱动机构,由计算机控制可实现电极纳米尺度上的精确进给,并成功地应用到电火花加工中。
【Abstract】 According to the characterisitcs of a small hole EDM,based on the principle of creeping motion by using WTDS-type pie2oe1ectric elements an electrode creep-micro-feeding device in volume of 80mm×60mm×40mm is developed in this paper. This device can drive an electrode in steps of 78nm with computer control. The feeding device can be applied to electrical discharge machining(EDM) It can be adopted to machine microholes without exchanging the electrode. The study is made deeply for the EDM technology of drilling small holes by using the device developed in this paper.
