【摘要】 １９９７年１月对贵阳市所辖１０个县、区１９９５年出生儿童的建卡情况进行了调查，流动儿童卡片占总卡片数的１７．４０％（４８１／２７６４），其中城区流动儿童卡片占３８．０８％（３５３／９２７）。≤７岁流动儿童麻疹疫苗（ＭＶ）和口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗（ＯＰＶ）零剂次免疫分别占３６．８３％（１９３／５２４）和２５．３６％（１０７／４２２），其中城区分别占５１．２３％（１４６／２８５）和２６．６４％（６５／２４４）。１９９７年１０月对居住≥３个月和＜３个月的流动儿童ＭＶ免疫状况进行了调查，零剂次免疫分别占２９．８４％（２６７９／９０８６）和４３．６４％（１６７０／３８２７）。１９９７年１２月ＯＰＶ第１轮强化免疫中，４岁以下流动儿童服苗人数占总服苗人数的１５．５５％（３０５９８／１９６７３５），其中城区占４０．３５％（２２５２６／５５８２２）。流动儿童中零剂次免疫占２３．５８％（７２１４／３０５９８）。通过查漏补种和ＭＶ普种，经调查ＭＶ、ＯＰＶ、百白破混合制剂的接种率均达８６％，ＭＶ≤７岁儿童普种率达９５．４２％。更多还原

【Abstract】 In January 1997,an investigation on the card establishment of children born in 1995 was carried out in 10 counties and districts governed under the Guiyang city.The cards of floating children accounted for 17 4% (481/2 764) of the total established cards, of which 38.08% (353/927) were floating children in urban area. The zero-dose vaccination og measles vaccine (MV),oral polio vaccine (OPV) in ≤7 year old floating children were 36 83%,(193/524) and 25 36% (107/422) respectively,of which 51 23% (146/285) and 26 64% (65/244) were children mobile in urban area respectively, In October 1997,the zero-dose immunization status of MV was observed among floating children residing in their places ≥ 3 months and shorter than 3 months,the zero-dose rates were 29.48% (2,679/9,086) and 43.64%(1,670/3,827) respectively.In December 1997,while the first run of OPV supplementary vaccination was conducted,we calculated that the 4 year old vaccinated floating children accounted for 15 55% (30,958/196,735) of the totally vaccinaled children and 40 35% (22,526/55,822) were in the urban area.The percentage of zero-dose immunization in floating children was 23 5%(7,214/30,598).Through the measures of revaccination,the immunization coverage rate of MV,OPV,DPT reached to 86% and the general vaccination rate of MV in ≤7 year old floating children reached to 95 42%.更多还原
