【摘要】 海南省１９９５年对１２～２４月龄儿童进行了麻疹疫苗（ＭＶ）接种率及抗体水平调查，入册率为９８．９％，建证率为６８．５％，接种率为９０．２％；抗体阳性率为８１．９８％，几何平均滴度（ＧＭＴ）为１：４３７。抗体检测结果表明，城乡间、不同民族地区间有非常显著性差异。个别乡镇接种率虽然达１００％，但抗体阳性率仅为５５．６％更多还原

【Abstract】 We investigated the immunization coverage rate and antibody level of measles vaccine in 12-24 month old children in Hainan Province. A total of 1,043 children from 57 countries and towns of 19 counties (cities) were investigated. The antibody positive rate was 81.98%, the GMT was 1∶437, but there were significant differences among cities and counties, also among different national regions. The reasons may be contributed to the inconvenient traffic and the hygienic situation. In individual township the immunization coverage rate was 100%, but the antibody level was 55.6%. This pointed out that we must survey the antibody level while investigating the immunization coverage rate, so that we can find out problems to ensure the immunization effect for providing a reliable basis for working out the EPI plan.更多还原
