视网膜静脉阻塞患者视网膜中央动脉血流动力学研究
Hemodynamics of Central Retinal Artery in Patients with Retinal Vein Occlusion
【摘要】 目的:研究视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)患者的视网膜中央动脉血流动力学改变,并探讨该动脉血流动力学变化在静脉阻塞分型中的应用价值。方法:对79例RVO患者男性34例,女性45例,视网膜中央静脉阻塞20例,分支静脉阻塞59例,根据眼底荧光血管造影分为缺血型及非缺血型组,同时对患眼和对侧健眼的球后视网膜中央动脉行彩色超声多普勒检测。结果:患眼的视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度、平均血流速度均低于对侧眼(P<0.0001)。缺血型与非缺血型患眼之间其血流速度无显著差异。结论:RVO对患眼的视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值血流速度、平均血流速度明显低于对侧健眼,其间有极显著差异,说明RVO时CRA有血流动力学异常。缺血型与非缺血型组间其患眼血流速度差异无统计学意义,此项检测在RVO分型不是可应用的参考指标
【Abstract】 purpose:To study the hemodnamic changes of central retinal artery in patients with retinal vein occlusion of different types.Method:79 patients(20 central retinal vein occlusion,59 branch retinal vein occlusion)were divided into ischemic group and non ischemic group based on the fundus fluorescein angiography findings.Retrobulbar central retinal arteries were studied by color Doppler imaging for both the healthy eyes and the affected eyes.Results:The peak systolic velocity and the time average velocity of the central retinal artery of the affected eyes were lower than those of the patients healthy eyes(P<0 0001).No significant difference of blood flow velocity between the ischemic group and the non ischemic group.Conclusion:The systolic paek velocitiy and the time average velocityy of the central retinal artery of the suffered eyes.are significantly lower than those of healthy eyes.Evidence illustrated that the hemodynamics of central artery was abnormal in case of retinal vein occlusion.There is no statistics difference of blood flow velocities unavailable for differentiating ischemic and non ischemic type.
