【摘要】 本文为研究糖尿病患者的视网膜中央动脉（ＣＲＡ）血流动力学改变，用彩色多普勒超声检测了９８例糖尿病患者和５０例正常对照者ＣＲＡ的收缩期最高血流速度（Ｖｍａｘ）、舒张末期最低血流速度（Ｖｍｉｎ）、平均血流速度（Ｖｍｅａｎ）、脉动指数（ＰＩ）、阻力指数（ＲＩ）、Ｖｍａｘ／Ｖｍｉｎ值（Ｓ／Ｄ）。结果：糖尿病患者的Ｖｍａｘ、Ｖｍｉｎ、Ｖｍｅａｎ均低于正常对照组，ＰＩ、ＲＩ、Ｓ／Ｄ均高于对照组。无糖尿病视网膜病变的糖尿病患者（ＮＤＲ）和糖尿病视网膜病变（ＤＲ）Ⅰ～Ⅲ期者的Ｖｍｉｎ、Ｖｍｅａｎ均低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变（ＰＤＲ）的Ｖｍａｘ、Ｖｍｉｎ均低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论为糖尿病患者的ＣＲＡ血流速度降低，视网膜循环阻力升高，视网膜血液供应不良更多还原

【Abstract】 We measured the central retinal artery(CRA)blood flow velocity changes in 98 patients with diabetes mellitus and 50 normal volunteers with color Doppler imaging technique.The peak systolic velocities(Vmax),the end diastolic velocities(Vmin),the mean enveloped velocities(Vmean),the pulsatility index(PI),the resistive index(RI)and the Vmax/Vmin(S/D)were compared.The results showed that Vmax,Vmin,Vmean were lower and RI,S/D were higher than the normal volunteers(P<0 05).Vmin and Vmean were lower than the normal volunteers in the DM patients without proliferative diabetic retinopathy(P<0 05),or background retinopathy.In patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy,Vmax and Vmin were lower than of the normal volunteers(P<0 01).The study concludes that the CRA blood flow velocities in the patients with diabetes mellitus are lower than in normal volunteers.The retinal circulation resistance increases and the retinas are ischemic in the patients.更多还原
