【摘要】 本文报告２０２例胎龄为２０～４２周正常胎儿胆道的超声检查方法，声像图特征及胆囊纵切面的长径、横径。对３７周以上不同性别的胎儿胆囊大小进行了比较。结果表明，胎儿胆囊切面的二个测值与胎龄呈高度、中度正相关（ｒ＝０．７９，０．６８，Ｐ＜０．０５）。３７周以上胎儿胆囊男性大于女性，与成人相似。讨论了超声探测胎儿胆道的可行性及其临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we report the ultrasonographic identification and the acoustic characteristics of 202 normal fetal biliary passage at 20 42 week gestational age,and the width and length in longitudinal section of gallbadder were measured. Comparision was made between fetuses of both sexes of 37 weeks or more .The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the two values and gestational ages(r=0 79,0 68,P<0 05).When gestational age is at 37 weeks or more,the malesgallbladders were larger than the females,similar to that of adults.The feasibility and the clinical significance were discussed.更多还原
