彩色多普勒能量图定量分析在移植肾应用的研究
Quantitative Measurement of Blood Supply in Transplanted Kidney Using Color Doppler Energy Ultrasonography
【摘要】 运用彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)检查108例移植肾,用彩色直方图测定扫查的肾脏截面积与其内血流显示面积的比率(血流面积比,BFAR),定量分析肾供血状态。BFAR平均值正常者0.685±0.077,急性排斥0.433±0.176,急性肾小管坏死0.43±0.137,巨细胞病毒感染0.365±0.097,慢性排斥最低,仅0.150±0.139。正常者与各种并发症BFAR差异显著(P<0.01),不同的并发症BFAR也各有特点。结合我们过去的实验研究,表明导入BFAR的概念定量分析CDE,能充分发挥CDE的优势,提高超声检查诊断移植肾合并症的临床应用价值
【Abstract】 Color Doppler energy(CDE)ultrasonography was used to examine 108 trans planted kedneys.The ratio of the area of blood flow signals within transplanted kidney to that of the renal section(blood flow area ratio,BFAR)was measured by color histogram,used as the quantitative parameter to evaluate the blood supply of the 108 cases grafts.The results showed that BFAR was 0 685±0 777 in normal cases,0 433±0 176 in acute rejection,0 434±0 137 in acute tubular necrosis,0 365±0 097 in cytomacrovirus infection,and 0 150±0 139 in chronic rejection.The BFAR in normal cases was significantly higher than that in those with complications occured,and also different among various graft complications.The present study demonstrated that introduction of BFAR for quantitative measurement of CDE would improve the clinical value of CDE in evaluation of transplanted kidney.
