【摘要】 黑龙江省为肾综合征出血热(HFRS)高发省,经多年疫源地、病原学及流行病学调查,确认为姬鼠型疫区。为此我们对讷河县永丰乡长兴村和虎林种畜场499人HFRS沙鼠肾Ⅰ型疫苗的免疫效果进行了观察,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中IgG抗体。结果显示,1个月后全程免疫阳转率达84.89%(309/364)。说明疫苗近期防病效果很好,但免疫9个月后IgG抗体阳转率明显下降,可见,在基础免疫1年后进行加强免疫十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang Province is a high epidemic areas of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. We have investigated the epidemic area,aetiology and epidemiology for many years,Heilongjiang is determined as Apodemus agrarius epidemic areas. We selected 499 people in order to observing immune effect of meriones erythrourus HFRS I type vaccine in Chang Xing countryside of Yong Feng Commune of Nehe county and domestic animal of Hulin county. We used Enzyme -linked imrmmosorbent assay(ELISA)method detecting IgG anti -body in serum. Results showed:positive rate is 84- 89% (309/364) after immunizing and inoculating Vaccine a month preventing disease effect is very good in the near future. But IgG antibody titration is obvious decline after immunizing 9 months. So enhance immunization is essential after basic immunization a year.更多还原
