【摘要】 目的对１５例阴囊Ｐａｇｅｔ病的临床表现，治疗方法及其预后进行分析。方法１４例行病灶广泛切除，７例证实有腹股沟淋巴结转移的患者中５例行淋巴结清除术。４例患者由于创面缺损较大而行植皮，筋膜皮瓣及带血管蒂的腹直肌岛状肌皮瓣修复。结果７例有腹股沟淋巴结转移的患者中６例死亡，其中５例在５年内死亡。１例失访。无腹股沟淋巴结转移者均存活。结论阴囊Ｐａｇｅｔ病的治疗首选手术切除。一旦有淋巴结转移，其５年生存率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 URPOSE Fifteen patients of Paget’s disease of the scrotum have been encountered.METHODS Fourteen patients were treated by wide local excision.In 7 patients with groin matastases,5 patients were performed by lymph node dissection.Fsiac falp and rectus abdominis myocutaneous flap were used to reconstruct the large defects after dissection in 4 patients.RESULTS There were 7 patients with groin matastases,of which 6 died within 5 years and 1 was lost to follow up.Patients without groin matastases were all survived.CONCLUSION Surgery is the treatment of choice for Paget’s disease.Prognosis of patient with groin matastases is poor.更多还原
