【摘要】 目的回顾性分析了本院自１９７８～１９９５年收治的１２例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期喉恶性淋巴瘤的治疗情况。方法全部病例均予局部放射治疗和全身化疗，放疗剂量４５～７２Ｇｙ（中位５７Ｇｙ），联合化疗方案包括ＣＯＰ、ＣＯＦ、ＣＨＯＰ（１～６疗程）。结果一、三、五年生存率分别为８３．３％、５７．１％、４５．７％（寿命表法）。２例治疗后半年内死于胃肠道淋巴瘤，１例治疗后５年出现扁桃体淋巴瘤。结论放疗和化疗的联合治疗对Ⅰ～Ⅱ期喉恶性淋巴瘤的预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE 12 patients with stage Ⅰ Ⅱ primary non Hodgkins lymphoma of larynx are reviewed in this study.METHODS All patients,who were treated at the Cancer Hospital of Shanghai Medical University between 1978 and 1995,underwent external beam irradiation and adjuvant chemotherapy,the dose ranged from 45 72 Gy(median,57 Gy),the combination chemotherapy schedules included COP,COF,CHOP (1～6 courses).RESULTS The overall 1,3,5 year survival rates were 83 3%,57 1% and 45 7% respectively.Two patients died of gastrointestinal lymphoma six months after treatment.A tonsillar lymphoma was found in another patient five years after treatment.CONCLUSION Combined external beam irradiation and chemotherapy may lead to favorable prognosis of laryngeal stage ⅠandⅡnon Hodgkins lymphoma,but the optimum regimen needs further investigation.更多还原
