【摘要】 目的：探讨与分娩方式有关的影响因素，寻求降低剖宫产率的有效对策。方法：以调查问卷、查阅病例和个别访谈的形式调查了在北京市２所区级妇幼保健院分娩的产妇共４８６例。结果：剖宫产率为４３．０％，产妇年龄、胎儿体重在剖宫产组明显高于阴道分娩组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；产妇害怕宫缩痛，缺乏有关剖宫产并发症的知识，盲目要求手术，医生为避免医疗纠纷放宽手术产指征是造成剖宫产率较高的主要原因。结论：要加强孕期合理膳食及临产心理准备的健康教育，提高医生对剖宫产并发症的认识，严格掌握剖宫产指征更多还原

【Abstract】 he authors studied the factors affected the obstetrical way and searched the effective countermeasure by which the cesarean section rate could be reduced.By the way of investigation on the type of questions and answers,looking up the medical history and interview differently,the authors investigated 486 parturients who had delivered in two districtlevel MCH hospitals.The investigative results are showed as the follows.The cesarean section rate is 430%.The age of praturients and the fetal baby weight in the cesarean section group are obvious higher than those in the vaginal delivery group (P<001).The main reasons caused the higher cesarean section rate are as the follows.The parturients are afraid of the uterine ontraction pain and lack the knowledge on complication of the cesarean section and ask blindly operation.In order to avert the medical tangle,the doctor softened the feature of the cesarean section.Some measures were given out in this paper.The suitable food in the gestational period and the health education on parturient psychological preparation should be strengthened.The doctors should raise the knowledge level on complication of the cesarean section and master strictly the feature of the cesarean section. 更多还原
