【摘要】 五大连池市兴隆乡星火三村原系克山病重病村，１９９８年３月对该村进行了病情普查和居民膳食调查。将本次调查结果与六十年代初的情况作对比分析，膳食营养水平有了明显改善，主食品种及组成发生了变化，副食中的动物性食品和新鲜蔬菜摄取量成倍增长。大部分营养素摄取量达到或接近供给量要求。过去病情比较严重，检出率达９％，现在已多年无新病例发生。结合以前本所在该村采用大豆制品改善居民膳食预防克山病所取得的效果，不难看出膳食因素对克山病发病的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 San village of Xinglong county is located in the town of Five great pool.This village was one of the most severe endemias districts in 1960’s.In March 1998,we investigated the state of Keshan Disease and carried out a dietary survey in this village.The results showed that compared with the nutrition condition in 1960’s,the nutritional level had been greatly improved.The kinds and the compositions of main fare changed a lot.Among the non staple food,the intake of animal proteins and fresh vegatables increased several times.The intake of most nurishments had surpassed or reached the supply standards.In the past,the prevalent rate of Keshan Disease in this area reached 9%.Now there have not been new patients for many years.Considering the effects of put bean products which were provided to the residents to prevent Keshan Disease during 1960’s.We could strongly put forward that nutitional and dietary factors surely play some very important roles in occurrence of Keshan Disease.更多还原
