【摘要】 新生肉鸡鸡雏经口给予不同剂量的Ｔ－２毒素，一周后处死，常规酚抽提法提取肝、心、肾、肌肉及软骨组织的ＤＮＡ，１．８％琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察。结果显示，Ｔ－２毒素可致多种组织ＤＮＡ损伤，但程度不同。大剂量以细小碎片为主，降低剂量，大碎片增多，且可见有规则的断裂带发生。对实验结果，做了扼要讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】  Different doses of T2 toxin were fed to newborn chickens.Samples from liver,heart,kidney,muscle and cartilage were collected after one week.DNA was extracted by a routine method.Electrophoresis of DNA was carried out in 1.8% of agarose gel and DNA damage patterns were observed on a ultroviolet transilluminator.The result showed that DNA damage could be caused by T2 toxin in many tissues,but the extent was different.DNA was cleaned into a lot of small fragments when a higher dose was given.Big fragments increased with the doses decreased.Regular DNA fragmentation band was found under the circumstance of the lower dose of T2 toxin.更多还原
