【摘要】 观察了冠心病心绞痛患者用中药冠心十二汤治疗前后及正常人循环血中红细胞变形性（RCD）、红细胞膜脂质流动性（LFU）及红细胞膜电学（membraneelectricity）变化。结果表明，患者高切变率下全血粘度（ηbh）和红细胞刚性指数（ERI）在治疗前较正常组明显升高，红细胞膜LFU、红细胞电泳率（EPM）也较正常人明显降低。患者治疗后ηbh和ERI较治疗前明显降低，红细胞膜LFU和红细胞EPM较治疗前显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changes of red cell deformability(RCD), erythrocyte membrane lipoid fluidity(LFU) and erythrocyte membrane electricity in systemic venous blood were observed be fore and after treatment with Chinese medicine Guangxinshiertang (GXSET) in coronary heart disease. Results showed that the elevated high shear blood viscosity(nbh) and erythrocyte rigidity idex (ERI) of patients with coronary heart disease were significantly reduced after treatment. Their erythrocyte membrane LFU and erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility(EPM) were also markedly lowered as compared with normal control.更多还原
