不同条件对大脑皮层细胞膜流动性的影响

【摘要】 目的:为了探讨低氧、缺氧/复氧、NaCN、pH对不同天龄大鼠乳鼠大脑皮层细胞膜流动性的影响,用荧光分光光度计测量脑细胞膜的荧光偏振度作为反应膜流动性的指标。结果:出生后1~2、4~5、7和10d龄大鼠膜流动性随天龄的增加逐渐减小。缺氧可使4~5、7和10d龄大鼠膜流动性明显减小,而1~2d龄大鼠膜流动性无明显改度。4~5d龄大鼠膜流动性随缺氧时间增加而减小,以缺氧/复氧更明显。pH降低亦可使膜流动性减小。结论:1~2d龄大鼠对缺氧不敏感,而对4~5、7和10d龄大鼠可引起大脑皮层细胞膜结构和功能的损伤,缺氧/复氧对膜损害更大

【Abstract】 Abstract AIM and METHODS:To investigated the effect hypoxia on membrane fluidity of cerebral cortex cell induced by deoxidization/reoxygenation、NaCN and pH in different day-old rats. Fluorescence polarization of membrane was used as indices of membrane fluidity. RESULTS:Membrane fluidity decreased gradually in 1~2, 4~5,7 and 10 day-old rats.Hypoxia decreased membrane fluidity significantly in 4~5,7 and 10 day-old rats, but had no effect in 1~2 day-old rats. Membrane fluidity decreased gradually following increasing of deoxidization time in 4~5 day-old rats, especially for group of deoxidization/reoxygenation. It also decreased significantly after regulating pH of culture medium to 6.5 CONCLUSIONS: Cerebral cortex cell is not sensitive to hypoxia in 1~2 day-old rats. But hypoxia gives rise to the damages of membrane structure and function in 4~5,7 and 10 day-old rats, especially in the deoxidization/reoxygenation e group.
