【Abstract】 Two beam lines for soft X ray on Beijing synchrotron radiation facility(BSRF) and measurement devices are described. They can be used for measurement of optical elements and calibration of soft X ray detectors. The absolute flux of photon has been measured with a standard detector system developed by this work. The sensitivity of soft X ray detector has been well calibrated.更多还原
