改进的共沉淀法制备铁电Pb(Zr 0.52 Ti 0.48)O3纳米超微粒

【摘要】 用改进的共沉淀法制备了铁电Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)纳米超微粒.通过X衍射分析、热分析和扫描电镜分析,研究了焙烧温度对PZT纳米超微粒性能的影响.实验表明,约在500℃,沉淀物转变为PZT固溶体.随着焙烧温度的升高,PZT纳米超微粉晶化度提高,晶粒尺寸增加,其500,600,700℃焙烧温度下的晶粒尺寸分别为149,301,375nm,晶粒形貌为球形.

【Abstract】 Pb(Zr 0.52 Ti 0.48)O 3 (PZT) nanometer ultra micro particles were prepared successfully by improved co precipitation method. The effect of calcining temperature on the properties of PZT nanometer micro particles was investigated by using XRD, DTA TGA, and SEM. The results show that powders co precipitated can be converted to PZT solid solution at the temperature about 500 ℃. The crystallinity of PZT nanometer micro particles and the size of nanocrystal powders of PZT are increased with increasing of the calcining temperature. The particles size of PZT nanocrystal powders obtained at various calcining temperature of 500, 600 and 700 ℃ is 14.9, 30.1 and 37.5 nm. The shape of the particles of PZT nanocrystal powders is spherical.
