【摘要】 用子房培养和胚培养相结合的方法，获得了芥蓝×诸葛菜属间杂种。授粉后１４ｄ和１８ｄ的子房在附加ＩＡＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＫＴ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上培养，结籽率分别为５４．３％和４６．２％。在附加ＩＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＫＴ２ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＭＳ培养基上，种子萌发率为１３．３％。其Ｆ１形态介于双亲之间，花粉无活力，开放授粉不能结籽，染色体数为２１，是双亲单倍染色体数目之和。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intergeneric hybrids of Brassica alboglabra × Orychophragmus violaceus were successfully obtained by using a combination of ovary culture and embryo culture.When ovaries were cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2mg/L of IAA and 0.5mg/L of KT on the 14th and 18th days after pollination,they produced 54.3% and 46.2% seed set,respectively.Seed germination percentage was 13.3% on MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L of IAA and 2mg/L of KT.The F 1 hybrids were morphologically intermediate between both parents,and they had no viable pollen and no seed set with open pollination.The F 1 chromosome number was 21.Which was the sum of haploid chromosome numbers of both parents.更多还原
