增甘膦-氯化钾-铜铁试剂体系中铅离子极谱波的研究及应用
The Study on Pb2+ Polarographic Wave and Its in the System of Nbpc-KCI-Hcup
【摘要】 对Pb(2+)在增甘膦-氯化钾-铜铁试剂体系中的极谱波性质进行了研究,提出了用示波极谱法测定铅含量的一种新方法.在上述底液中,Pb(2+)与试剂作用,生成的三元络合物在极谱仪上产生一灵敏的吸附波,峰电位为-0.65V(V,SCE).在ω(Pb(2+))=0.02×10(-6)~0.40×10(-6)范围内,峰电流与铅离子浓度呈线性关系,检测下限为ω(Pb(2+))=0.019×10(-6).
【Abstract】 The properties of Pb2+ polarographic wave was studied in the Nbpc- KCl-Hcup system and a new method of measuring lead contant was put forward in this paper. In the primay solution above,Pb2+ reacts with the reagent and generates a ternary coordination Compound which generates a sensitive absorptive wave on the polarograph with the peak potential being-0. 65V (vs,SCE). In the Concentration range of co(Pb2+ ) = 0. 02 ×10-6 0. 4 × 10-6 ,the peak current value has line relationship with the Pb2+ concentration with the least detectable value being ω (Pb2+ ) = 0. 019× 10-6.
