【摘要】 为了使神经孔骨化,封闭,减少三叉神经周围支撕脱术的术后复发。我们运用周围支撕脱术加上颗粒型羟基磷灰石填塞神经孔的方法对36例原发型三叉神经痛的患者进行了治疗,并对27例患者进行了2～8年的追踪观察。证明该方法的术后无痛期为54个月。2年内复发率为22.22％。该方法是治疗三叉神经痛特别是在减少复发上是一种简单、安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to decrease recurrence after the avulsion of branch of trigeminal, the ossification and closion of the neurae foramina were carried out. 36 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated by the arulsion of branch of trigeminal nerve and hydroxyapatite was filled into neurac foramina. 27 patients had been followed-up from 2 to 8 years.The results showed that painless after operation lasted for 54 months and the recurrence rate within 2 years was 22.22％. This method is more simple, sate and effective in the treatment especially to reduce the recurrence rate of trigeminal neuralgia.更多还原
