用光纤传导的LD泵微型固体激光器的工作特性
Operation Characteristics of LD Pumped Nd∶YAG Laser with Fiber Optical Coupling
【摘要】 给出了经光纤传导的ＬＤ泵Ｎｄ∶ＹＡＧ固体激光器的研究结果，得到连续输出激光最大功率为３２．５ｍＷ，阈值泵功率为２２ｍＷ，斜效率为１３．９％．分析了经光纤传导的ＤＰＬ器件的稳定性．
【Abstract】 The output of a laser diode array, coupled with optical fiber, is used to an end pumped Nd∶YAG solid state laser. The continuous output power of 32.5mW is obtained with 13.9% slope efficiency, and the threshold is 22mW.
