微生物降解蔬菜残留农药研究
MICROBIAL DEGRADATION OF RESIDUAL PESTICIDES IN VEGETABLE
【摘要】 从富集培养物中筛选到以甲胺磷为唯一碳源生长的菌株NMJ5和以乐果为唯一碳源生长的菌株NML3,经鉴定分别为芽孢杆菌属(Bacilussp.)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp.).它们利用甲胺磷、乐果生长的最适条件及在无机盐培养基中农药最大耐受浓度分别为pH7.5,t=35℃,ρ=1000mg/L和pH7.5,t=30℃,ρ=2000mg/L.在无碳基础培养基内单菌株培养8d,524mg/L的甲胺磷好气降解42.5%,厌气降解35.9%,250mg/L的乐果好气降解50.2%,厌气降解16.4%.小区试验表明,NMJ5、NML3的菌液制剂对普通白菜的变种南农矮脚黄(Brasicacampestrissp.chinensisL.var.communisTsenetLee)中残留的甲胺磷、乐果有明显的去除作用.
【Abstract】 A methamidophos (MMP) degrading strain NM J 5 and dimethoate(DMA) degrading strain NM L 3 were isolated and selected from soils and sludges. NM J 5 and NM L 3 were identified as Bacillus sp. and Pseudomonas sp. respectively. The optimum temperature, pH and maximum tolerance concentration to grow on MMP by NM J 5 were 35℃,7.5 and 1 000 mg/L,and those to grow on DMA by NM L 3 were 30℃,7.5 and 2 000 mg/L respectively. The aerobic and anaerobic degradation rates of MMP at the concentration of 524 mg/L by NM J 5 within 8 days were 42.5% and 35.9%. Similarily,those of DMA at the concentration of 250 mg/L by NM L 3 were 50.2% and 16.4% respectively. The results from the field experiments in small areas showed that NM J 5 and NM L 3 had obvious effects on the removal of residual MMP and DMA in Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis L.var. communis Tsen et Lee).
