【摘要】 通过对河北省廊坊市131所乡镇卫生院的调查,发现它们拥有的仪器设备的数量和价值与社会效益和经济效益有直接关系,说明增加适宜设备投资,引进适宜的新技术、新项目,可以增强竞争实力,吸引患者就医,从而提高乡镇卫生院的效益,更大限度地满足周围群众医疗服务需求,这是乡镇卫生院发展的途径之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Relations between services benefits and the possession of medical instruments, apparatuses and equipments are researched through an investigation, from these aspects: township hospitals’ present and potential contributions to health for all through function improvement, constructive support, and better collaboration in flexible health care delivery chains that integrate various levels of care; evolutionary review and adaptation of the way in which township hospitals are designed and intended to work; rational disposition of resources in technical details, with priority in minds and on a selective basis, to realize better services benefits at affordable costs; medical care coverage balance considered from regional top management of health services; planned read justment and application of basic economic models of supply and demand, for social and fiscal dimensions involved.更多还原
