【Abstract】 The People’ s Hospital of Qingyuan City, as an insufficiently resourced hospital in a developing region of China, is now appraised as having achieved substantial progresses and successful experience in realizing good quality, high efficiency and low cost through measures such as: research and reassessment of available diagnostic and therapeutic methods in both technical and financial terms, to facilitate more and better use of cost-effective resources; continued cultivation of high-tech medical professionals to bring up qualitative and quantitative levels of health services in their dialectical relationships and to increase contribution rate of recent scientific and technological progresses; operational and management mechanisme’ improvement in accordance with the fundamental principles of reform and development of health services and with hospital’s concrete nternal and external conditions; and exploration of diversified effective and feasible measures to ensure the universality, accessibility, cost-effectiveness, portability and flexibility of hospital services.更多还原
