【摘要】 从马克思主义基本观点出发,分析了在我国小农经济时期、计划经济时期以及计划经济向社会主义市场经济过渡的转轨时期等不同经济体制下,医务人员价值观念的表现,阐述了医务人员价值观念与生产力发展水平,特别是与医疗卫生事业发展水平存在一个相对应的关系。同时,着重分析了处于社会主义初级阶段的经济体制转轨时期,影响医务人员价值观念的现实社会生产发展及医疗卫生事业发展背景,进而在理论上提出转轨时期医务人员价值观念的评价原则,用以指导当前医院整体发展和行业作风建设等工作的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the transformation to a market - oriented, new and advanced economy, medical personnel are making continuous efforts to: promote common ideals and aspirations of serving the medical and health work, as workers with hardworking and enterprising spirit, as pioneers in the development of science and technology, and as producers of excellent intellectural works; conduct planned activities to advocate ideological and ethical progress in depth and in a protracted way and by combining progressiveness with extensiveness; inspire a high- level of initiative in constantly striving to achieve unceasing improvements in management and development of hospital services.更多还原
